The idea

Nairobi mobility is congested and car-dependent. VELO imagines a citywide bike-share: find a bike, unlock with the app, ride, and dock anywhere across 8 neighbourhoods.

The build

A full product preview: a live network map with per-station availability, find-a-bike, QR-unlock app mockups, pricing tiers (pay-as-you-go to monthly), and M-Pesa + card payment design, all tuned to how the city moves.

The thinking

Transportation-first: commute without traffic, last-mile from matatu to office, quick errands. A systems-and-cities concept at the meeting point of software, hardware, and urban design.
